- Tutor reservations will not be confirmed until payment is completed.
- Additional tutor lessons are available for a separate monthly fee.
- If you are paying through your company budget, we can provide a receipt or certificate of completion upon request.
- If you need to pause your lessons, please inform us in advance.
- Refunds will be issued only for valid reasons, with a ¥330 processing fee.
