Registration and trial lessons
You can apply on this website via “Sign up”. You will be contacted by a coordinator who will ask you about your lesson needs. You will be able to check your grammar level and oral level at the same time.
Most students choose to register online because it’s quicker and easier. If you would like to register in person, you can do at our Nagoya office by making a reservation. Students far away from Nagoya can register online.
After you register, our coordinator will introduce you to the most suitable tutor and arrange a date and time for a trial lesson. It usually takes about a week to be arranged.
Sign up, registration, level check and trial lesson are all free of charge. If you are not sure about taking the trial lesson, you can get a gift of Japanese language learning materials by “E-Language Learning Course” as well. We do not force you to enroll even after a trial lesson.
Schedule of classes
You will work directly with the teacher to schedule the lessons. The teacher is available at the date and time of the student’s choice, so you can study at any time of the day or week you wish. In partner classes, the student makes an appointment with the teacher to meet his or her available schedule. In professional classes, the teacher will plan a curriculum of lessons according to the date and time of the student’s choice.
If you cancel within 24 hours, the lesson will not be rescheduled. It’s best to avoid last minute cancellations and always contact your teacher.
