住所は、どこに書いたらいいですか。

漢字で書かなくてもいいですか。
はい。
「たらいいですか」はアドバイスや指示をもらう時、「なくてもいいですか」は必要がないことを確認するときの文型です。
これらの文型では動詞の「かく」が「かいた」「かかない」という形になっています。
このように、文型に合わせて動詞が活用します。
