② Receive a tutor’s profile
We will arrange your Japanese tutor as soon as we can. It takes about a week to take the trial lesson. We will exchange your contacts with your tutor. Please email directly to the tutor about the trial lesson before the lesson day.
If it doesn‘t match your preferred tutor requirements, you can ask the coordinator to readjust to another.
③ Free Trial lesson(60min)
The free trial lesson is basically a time for students to discuss their lesson plans. Please make sure that the tutor will be able to teach you what you want to learn.

Introducing each other 15 minutes
Demo lesson and consulting 35 minutes
Checking availability and next schedule 10 minutes
Please check if the tutor can teach according to your needs, such as a lesson style, personality, availability, location, English skill, homework, etc.
If you have trouble with meeting the tutor on the day, please call the tutor’s cell phone.
Please bring your own textbook.
④ Confirmation
After the trial lesson, please let us know how the lesson went, and decide if you want to continue with the tutor or not.
If you don’t think the tutor is right for you, please don’t hesitate to tell us.
After your confirmation, please make your payment before the regular lesson starts. You cant keep the tutor without payment.
It is the advanced payment.
⑥ Regular lesson starts
Let’s start the class. You can make your lesson plans with your tutor directly.
Students can feel free to ask a coordinator if they want to change teachers or increase the number of tutors to study more.
